"Was recommended this place for car and renter's insurance. At the time, they could only help me with renter's insurance but fast forward a year later, they followed up and made sure to land me a better car insurance deal that reduced my premium significantly! "Highly recommend! Ask for Daniel! He was fantastic in explaining the quotes, rolling with a few last minute things that popped up, and communication was stellar. The office makes sure they’re available and that you have no questions about anything. I love that they’re local too! Makes it soo much easier. Edit to add a year later: Brandi is amazing. We had a snafu with an adjuster for a car wreck and she busted her butt to get traction on the issue. We are sooo thankful to her!!"

"You know what they say about good first impressions. Well, Megan sure did make good impression. Easy to talk to, listened to what I had to say. Issued a policy that was lower than what I currently had and I left a happy camper. Now this is addressing the agents. The insurance remains to be seen. Thanks for a good experience."

"Something in their system declined my autopay. This happened over a weekend while I was on vacation. Every other account I had set up on autopay continued to go through without issue and my card wasn't declined anywhere else, just State Farm. This is also the same card I had set up on autopay with them for several months. When I called to get it sorted out, the staff was incredibly rude and told me my card was fraudulent. I had already decided to change my car insurance to another company because of the stress this had caused, and I found out I was able to get the same coverage $100 less on my 6 month premium through another major insurer. But had I stayed with them, I was informed that there would be a fee for the declined payment, even though the issue was clearly on their end. They had called me a week or so prior about a random underwriting issue they were having that didn't make any sense as well, and I wonder if they changed something in their system at that time. Or maybe they switched to a glitchy AI model and put all their trust into it too soon. Regardless of what the cause was, it was 100% on their end, it was a major inconvenience, they treated me horribly, and I was able to get the same coverage much cheaper at an equally reputable company. If I do ever go back to State Farm it will be with a different office."

"State Farm, Thank you. My other insurance was so high that I could only afford state requirement liability insurance with them, leaving my home unprotected because I could not afford renters insurance. Thanks to State Farm and Mr. JR Wade in Bowling Ky, I can afford both and still have money left over from what I was paying Progressive. All Smiles. Thank You! Just added another vehicle Kristen Stone @ JR Wade at State Farm in Bowling Green,helped with adding the insurance that I needed. She took the time getting the right price that i can afford. "My car has been in the shop from an accident for over 1 month and I'm in a rental. I was so worried about rental car coverage lapsing and being responsible for the remaining time. I called JR Wade as soon as they opened. Brandy answered the phone and was just an absolute angel helping me. She said she would call the claims office and try to help me. In little over an hour, she did call me back to let me know I had nothing to worry about, that I am covered for at least another week. She also said to call her back if I needed to even extend that time. She did all this with the sweetest professional manner and I really appreciate it. You don't always have that experience these days and it was refreshing. I love the fact that my insurance company always calls every year to wish me happy birthday! Thank you, JR Wade State Farm. "Amazing experience! I’ve been with JR Wade State Farm for about 5 years now — first for renters insurance and then for car insurance — and they’ve consistently provided incredible service. They always answer the phone quickly, and I never have to fight through an automated system, which honestly makes such a difference. They’ve also taken the time to explain my coverage and share tips on how to get the most out of my renters insurance, which I really appreciate. One of the biggest things for me is that they’re never pushy. If I need time to think or decide not to add a service, they completely respect that. Some places make you feel pressured, but everyone here is easy to talk to and genuinely helpful. Shout out to Susie — she was amazing and so patient while helping me figure out the whole ‘Court vs. Avenue’ address confusion 😄 Highly recommend this team."
